The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, led the ceremony to dedicate the memorial, entitled Still Water, which was designed by Alison Wilding and Adam Kershaw.
The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Boris Johnson and Home Secretary Sajid Javid attended, along with Tobias Ellwood, Minister for Defence People and Veterans, who led on the delivery of the Memorial and whose brother was killed in the 2002 Bali bombing.
