The 8th Armed Forces & Veterans Resettlement Expo takes place on Thursday October 27 at Colchester United FC (The Jobserve Community Stadium).
The event is sponsored by NEBOSH and takes place from 09:30 to 12:30.

We continue our focus on the exhibitors on the day with a look at Military Veteran Football Club.
Military Veteran Football Club
Military Veteran Football Club organise and host weekly/monthly casual 5 a side football sessions for veterans. Sessions are open to all veterans regardless of age, gender, ability, length or arm of service.
The company is run by veterans and our session leads are veterans too. We currently have sessions through the North East, Crewe, Liverpool, Plymouth and Ipswich. We have new sessions starting on a monthly basis.
The aims of our sessions are to offer a safe space where players can enjoy football and good old military banter, with the hope of reducing social isolation and improving physical and mental well-being.
There is no commitment to make every session, we fully appreciate people have busy lives, but you’re welcome to come as often as you’d like.
