  • Coping With Life Skills: CBT-based psychoeducational groups. These are six-week courses focused on topics such as: Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Assertiveness, Loss or Change, Anger, Depression, Stress
  • One-to-One wellbeing for up to 12 weeks

All groups are held at Station House, 73c Stapleton Hall Rd, London N4 3QF. Tube: Finsbury Park Station. Bus: W3, W7, 210.

All with lived experience of the Armed Forces may attend, and spouses and dependants are also welcome.
