The RAF100 Appeal team are looking for fundraising volunteers to play a crucial part of the RAF celebrating its 100th anniversary as the world’s first independent air force….
There are numerous exciting public events taking place across the country to celebrate the RAF centenary. These include:
- The National Static Aircraft Tour, where visitors can interact with the RAF aircraft
- The RAF100 parade and fly past on The Mall on 10 July
- A Battle of Britain service in London on 16 September.
The RAF100 Appeal is a joint venture between the Royal Air Force and four major RAF charities – the Royal Air Forces Association, Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust and the Royal Air Force Museum, working together to commemorate this historic event.
