Following the success of last year’s first Northern Employment Symposium, the Officer’s Association is running a second Symposium in York on 22nd June 2016…
The event will be taking place from 2pm-8.30pm at Network Rail’s York Training Centre, Cinder Lane, Off Leeman Road, York YO26 4AB. This event is the key Northern event for 2016 and will provide Officers from bases in the North with the opportunity to enjoy speeches on leadership skills, recruitment, transitioning and much more.
The symposium will include general transition skills such as understanding leadership in a business context and commercial skills; It will be an opportunity to network with employers that are actively recruiting such as Network Rail and the NHS.
There will also be expert key note speakers giving their own personal; insights into transition and finding a fulfilling new career.
