The 7th Armed Forces & Veterans Resettlement Expo takes place in Catterick at Catterick Leisure Centre on Thursday September 8 from 0930 – 1230.
ANYONE from the forces community is invited to attend and this ethos is further reinforced with the inclusion of the Future Accommodation Model (FAM) Cell at Catterick.
The FAM team will be on hand to provide advice on MOD housing. Here is a little more about them…
The Future Accommodation Model (FAM)
The Future Accommodation Model (FAM) pilot has been running for the past three years on three sites: HMNB Clyde, Aldershot Garrison and RAF Wittering.
The aim of the pilot was to offer Service personnel, their families and partners a new level of choice of where, how and with whom they lived. Supporting options not received before, such as the Private Rental Sector, Home Ownership and Needs based accommodation.
