Mal said: “I was fortunate enough to appear on the first Veteran’s podcast produced by Veterans In Crisis a few weeks back and the response to that, in which I spoke about my own mental health management, from fellow veterans saw me writing my story in this issue. The more we speak about mental health, the less the stigma becomes. If you had a broken leg you would talk about it and fix it, so why not if you have a broken mind?”

Also inside, an introduction to micro brewing and a case study for Certa Cito, franchising and finance are highlighted and an in depth look at housing.
