Transform education across London with Harris Federation. Our central team is looking for a detail orientated, diligent Assistant Safer Recruitment Officer join the Compliance Team at Head Office. The successful candidate will support and assist the Federation’s Safer Recruitment Officer in delivering an excellent service to academies, through being a source of advice, administrative support and expertise for academy contacts in relation to safer recruitment requirements and in particular the Single Central Record.

We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London, and helping create exceptional places of learning. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of safer recruitment practices in the education sector as well as:
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy – in both written and verbal communications.
- A flexible approach to working across different academies
- Possess first-rate administrative skills.
