Assistant Safer Recruitment Officer

Our central team is looking for a detail orientated, diligent Assistant Safer Recruitment Officer join the Compliance Team at Head Office. The successful candidate will support and assist the Federation’s Safer Recruitment Officer in delivering an excellent service to academies, through being a source of advice, administrative support and expertise for academy contacts in relation to safer recruitment requirements and in particular the Single Central Record.

• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy – in both written and verbal communications.
• A flexible approach to working across different academies
• Possess first-rate administrative skills.
