_Nology is busy developing the talent that tech needs. Part of driving the tech revolution means adapting and delivering courses that will make a difference to your career.
We’ve partnered with UK fintech disruptor Mode to offer a fully funded tech accelerator programme that will see you develop the knowledge and skills to need to join Mode’s tech team as a software developer in just 12 weeks. Your qualifications and background have no impact on what you can achieve when you undertake this program.
Mode’s vision is to build a next-gen ecosystem that connects consumers and businesses; they aim to accelerate the world’s transition to a truly digital financial system. Our partnership will tackle the skills shortage and lack of diversity within digital finance – all that’s missing is you.
What you will do
For you, this program means utilising your passion for technology and creative problem solving skills to learn about coding principles, agile working, and digital transformation. In transferring your skills, you’ll soon launch a tech career at one of the world’s largest investment banks.
In just 12 weeks you will be able to write web applications at a basic level and set in place key learning principles to join Mode’s tech team as a software developer.
We structure our learning around key areas of programming, introducing concepts in the following languages:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- Java
- Angular
This course will teach you how they work with one another to create a great product – it is very much a learning by doing environment.
More than writing code, being a software developer involves creative problem solving, idea generation and collaboration. You’ll gain understanding in how software products are built in different companies in different industries.
Fully funded and powered by _Nology and Mode, the program lasts 12-weeks and will be taught remotely, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. All equipment, including high spec laptops provided.
