We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team primarily based at our headquarters in High
Wycombe. This new role would also encompass the EMG UK’s sustainability and environmental objectives focussing on the
elimination of waste and reduction of carbon emissions across its operations.
The successful applicant will possess:

A minimum of three years’ experience in Health & Safety
Management -
A NEBOSH certificate or equivalent City & guilds NVQ and NCRQ
certificate -
A previous technical and/ or engineering background would
be an advantage as would an understanding of live events and
broadcasting but neither are essential. -
The ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of current
Health & Safety standards and requirements, coupled with the
ability to implement protocols and process on the ground. -
Excellent communication skills coupled with the confidence and
leadership skills required to inform and educate a large team of
media and administrative professionals. -
A knowledge of current industry standards for sustainability, i.e.,

Ability to Problem solve in a collaborative way.
The ability to assist with the creation of RAMS and protocols to
support our operations. - Excellent, learning and assimilation skills to ensure that
knowledge remains current and relevant. -
Be comfortable with occasional travel and some short periods
away from home. - A full Driving licence.

Possession of a calm, assured demeanour and be used to dealing
with unexpected or unplanned changes to requirements and
corporate expectations.

• Operational travel and expenses where incurred
EMG UK is based in High Wycombe, Bucks. The position is full -time and will command a competitive salary package (plus additional benefits) which is subject to negotiation and is commensurate with experience. Salary band: £35,000-£40,000
pa Pension is included following an initial probation period of three months.
