We are looking for Class 2 HGV Drivers to come and join our fantastic team here at our Enfield Distribution Centre. If job stability, a great team, fun and working for an industry leading company is something that interests you, then you’re in the right place!

Contract

This is a full time, permanent position

Pay rates

On target earnings to between £38,900 – £40,200 per annum (depending on shift pattern and premiums)

£13.64 per hour basic, plus shift premiums including double time on Sundays.

Overtime paid at time and a half and you will be Paid for Breaks!

Shift pattern

This full-time role is for 46.25 hours per week or 9.25 hour shifts per day and you’ll work 5 out of 7 days per week on a rotational basis.

We’re looking for both afternoon and night shift HGV Drivers to join our family.

Afternoons – variable start times between 1:00pm-5:00pm

Nights – Variable start times between 9:30pm-1:30am

About you

You’ll fit right into Greggs as an HGV Category C Driver if:

• You’re enthusiastic, reliable and take pride in your role as a professional driver.
• You’ve held a Category C driving license for at least 1 year (Maximum 6 penalty points).
• You have an up-to-date Driver CPC card and training.
• You have HGV driving experience.
• You have a great eye for the detail, and the passion to do a great job every day.
• You’ve ideally worked as a multi-drop driver within the food industry previously.
• You are able to meet shift requirements.
• You are supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good.
• You are a great team player – respectful and appreciative towards our Greggs Family.
• You are friendly, honest and hardworking and enjoy some fun at work!
