Wycombe Abbey is a world-class school operating at the cutting edge of educational excellence. With its distinctive heritage, magnificent 170-acre campus and impressive resources, the School provides an outstanding education for 650 girls aged 11-18.

We are currently looking for a Custodian to join our team to provide an effective and professional security service to the School in order to protect all pupils, employees, residents and visitors, as well as the Estate and it’s property.

The Custodians work on a shift rota that operates seven days per week, 52 weeks per year, so flexibility with early, late, and weekend shifts is imperative.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a security, law enforcement or military role, possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, self-motivate, customer-focused.

Our Custodians should have a polite, friendly and helpful manner, with the ability to adapt and thrive within a varied, and sometimes physically demanding role.

Strong IT skills and familiarity of CCTV and ANPR would be beneficial. A driving licence is essential. A current SIA Licence and First Aid at Work Certificate are required, or a willingness to be trained to obtain these qualifications.
