Job description:
- Line management of the Liveried Waiters team
- Assist Lloyd’s with building tours and organising of events in the Market
- Leasing with the Head of Underwriting Room
- Ensure that all client and visitor request are fulfilled and exceed expectations
- Ensure the team adhere to SOP’s at all times
- Performance management of all employees in line with LRS processes
- Covering the Rostrum, Glass Hut and assist the Market with any enquiry
- Keep the Loss Book up to date
- Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless five star service
- To carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your manager
- To be an ambassador of Lloyd’s and to blend seamlessly with the client organisation
Personal Specifications:
- Previous experience in a management position and familiar with HR processes (preferable but not essential)
- A passion for delivery of exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide selection of people.
- A can-do attitude and a positive, flexible outlook.
- Outstanding customer service skills, serving customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
- Exceptional eye for detail.
- A welcoming, friendly, reliable attitude towards the team and the customers.
- The ability to work as a team player and on own initiative.
