A property management company is seeking a Residential Building Supervisor to provide a safe and well-maintained environment for the residents of an apartment complex in Central London. The Residential Building Supervisor will have excellent customer service skills, have knowledge of building regulations and have proven experience providing a professional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing a safe, clean and well-maintained environment
Undertake all reasonable tasks to ensure smooth running of the building and its services and good quality and safe environment for its residents
Responsible for all aspects of daily maintenance and security and supervise all maintenance, security and cleaning staff in all aspects of their duties
Provide an emergency call out service for the residents outside of normal working hours
Provide and maintain records of maintenance problems, complaints, compliments and take action as and when necessary
Carry out evening patrols of the external & internal common areas
Monitor and supervise contractors working in the common parts and in the individual flats
Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures and registers are maintained
Carry out any other tasks/duties as deemed necessary as instructed by Management
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
Have minimum GCSE qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Have knowledge of building regulations
Provide a professional and high-level of service
Be flexible to work out of hours
Desirable:
Comes from a Maintenance background
Knowledge of plant systems
Salary: £24,000 per annum + accommodation and utilities provided
