Main Purpose of Job:

Active Plus harness the skills, experience, and expertise of wounded, injured and sick
veterans to provide inspirational and engaging teamwork and leadership training for
businesses, organisations, and communities across Cornwall.

As Lead Instructor you will play a key part in boosting the confidence, motivation and
communication skills of participants as you lead delivery of bespoke courses using the
skills and experience of military veterans.

Courses will focus on confidence, wellbeing, resilience and team-building as the
Instructors support participants on their journey.

In this role your primary responsibility is to plan, prepare and lead the delivery of these
courses alongside your fellow Instructors and volunteers, reaching out to communities and
businesses throughout Cornwall.

You will promote and represent Active Plus ensuring that it plays its part in positive and
successful progression for course attendees. You will bring a wealth of experience from
your time in the Armed Forces and have the ability to inspire, motivate and promote
positive change.
