Abbeydale Training provides staff development programmes for Government Departments, the RAF, public bodies, educational institutions and private companies throughout the UK.
Since 2002 many of our programmes have been accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and we have consistently been recognised as one of the top performing accredited training providers in the UK.
We currently provide ILM courses from level 3 to level 7 covering leadership, management development and strategic leadership. The very nature of ILM programmes ensures that people enrolled on accredited programmes have a clear route of progression to higher awards and are encouraged to commit to a programme of continuous professional development. This can be by trainer led sessions or 1:1 coaching supplemented by workbooks.
