We offer free guidance and advice on your options with our military SMEs, who have extensive knowledge across all three services and can help you find the right route for you.
MDN offers bespoke development programmes for individuals, allowing you to use your workplace evidence and formalise your military skills into recognisable qualifications. Supported by our CMI CMgr staff who will provide comprehensive 1:1 learning support, MDN’s flexible distance learning programmes allow you to conduct development in line with resettlement and service life. Our staff are all ex-services so understand the context of your experience and all are Chartered to reflect their Management experience.
MDN have over 20 years association with the Armed Forces in supporting Service Personnel to translate military skills into CMI qualifications that are valued in the civilian sector.
Also available is the prestigious CMI Award of “Chartered Manager” (CMgr) via the Fast-track route.
