If you're a problem solver with a curious mind and an interest in property, Sava offers the only vocational route into residential surveying through our industry-recognised Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation. This is focused on residential property and designed for those without a relevant degree or experience. During this part-time programme, you’ll learn everything you need to become a competent and successful residential building surveyor in just 24 months.
Many of our learners are service leavers and have gone on to enjoy a career in property by becoming a professional surveyor.
