Accredited online training in executive coaching skills. On successful completion, you will be recognised for your professional coaching skills through formal accreditation, awarded by EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) in partnership with Tom Battye Coaching Ltd. You will collect at least 24 hours of coaching practice with three clients during the course, receive feedback on one recorded session and carry out ten reflective journal homework exercises throughout the duration. We specialise in social and experiential learning and use an online environment where all participants interact, discuss and share ideas, & give and receive feedback. The course is led by Tom Battye, a highly experienced Master Practitioner executive coach and coach supervisor. You have 1:1 tutorials with Tom at the start and the end of the programme to discuss your learning journey. Tom provides detailed motivational and developmental feedback. Participants must have over five years of leadership experience in which they have been holding coaching-style conversations with direct reports or colleagues.
