The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational delivery of all Estates and Domestic services, and all Security and Transport functions. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and challenges, always ready to prioritise and offer innovative solutions.

You will have an in-depth knowledge and proven track record of improving FM processes and building meaningful, productive business relationships quickly and effectively, and your highly developed communication skills also extends to your ability to write commercially robust reports, presenting information in a clear, accurate and timely fashion.

Though an FM qualification would be desirable, the most important skills are that you will have experience of line managing a multi-disciplinary team and will have held responsibility for significant budgets. Diplomatic, open and approachable, you will also be a tough negotiator, unafraid to make difficult commercial decisions.

Bryanston School is an independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 13 to 18, set in a 400-acre site near Blandford Forum in Dorset. Founded in 1928, the school aims above all to develop the all-round talents of individual pupils. A broad, flexible academic and extra-curricular programme is offered and each pupil benefits from considerable one-to-one help and guidance from a personal tutor, subject teachers and housemaster/housemistress.

Bryanston offers a highly competitive remuneration package in a fantastic working environment. Salary in the region of £60k per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
