Currently President of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland, Dr Morrow was appointed as Lord Lyon King of Arms in February 2014. Dr Morrow has actively participated in community and civic life in Dundee for over 35 years. He has been involved with numerous charities, community activities and civic duties during his distinguished career.
