Practice Manager

We are a semi-urban teaching practice in Basingstoke, Hampshire with a list size of 20,000 patients, 13 doctors, a full triage team (including a Paramedic Practitioner) and 39 staff.

We are looking for a full time Practice Manager who can combine business experience with strong leadership skills to provide strategic guidance and support to our large, friendly practice team.

The ideal candidate will be well-organised and capable of multi-tasking in a high pressure environment, experienced in project management, HR, ICT and financial management. This individual will promote the team ethos of the practice and demonstrate an ability to embrace change with a proven track record in developing and delivering successful projects and business initiatives.

We are actively working on collaboration within North Hampshire and our GP Alliance, meaning that the candidate will need to be comfortable representing the Practice externally.

Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential however experience in leadership, management and finance in a medium sized business is central to this role.

£55k – £60k
