celebrate Armed Forces Day and inside we have a special message from the
Duchess of York.

The Duchess said: "Thank you to all you brave soldiers
and veterans who put your lives on the line for your country. We all owe you so much. Armed Forces Day is a
perfect moment for us to pay tribute."
