The FDM Ex-Forces Programme
Since 2014, over 750 ex-forces individuals have joined our programme and successfully started their new career.
We are familiar with your background
Our programme has been designed for ex-forces personnel by ex-forces personnel and helps individuals with varying levels of experience break into a civilian career. We welcome people from the Army, Navy, and RAF, and support Reservists, as well as Military Spouses and Partners with their career development.
Fully funded training and hands-on experience
Through the FDM Virtual Academy, we provide you with up to 14 weeks of training, alongside continuous support during the programme and beyond. The training has been organised to help you develop and transfer your existing skill set, so that you can transition as smoothly as possible into a technical or business role. You will gain industry-recognised qualifications and commercial experience, working with leading global companies across various industries.
