RECRUIT FOR SPOUSES
We exist to identify and reinvigorate skilled, experienced and resourceful spouses from the
military community and support them to overcome outdated perceptions about mobility and
suitability in order to return to the workplace. We connect the partners of our serving
personnel with progressive and supportive employers seeking exceptional candidates.
Through our own experiences of military life, we understand the challenges that spouses
face and support them accordingly; we want our unique lifestyle to be a career
enabler, and not a career inhibitor.
