They are now seeking an additional New Business Sales Executive ideally based in the East Midlands or East Anglia.
Key Features of the Role:
- Establish solid, long-term relationships with clients at all levels through meetings, calls/site visits etc
- Act as a trusted adviser and consultant to clients throughout the sales cycle by actively applying relevant market knowledge
- Identify potential growth accounts and proactively seek out opportunities
- Target an identified client base and continuously develop to gain market share, enhance margins and exceed targets
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Significant experience in both Analogue and Digital Radio Systems including radio applications
- Experienced in territory planning and strategy setting for region and verticals
- Demonstrated experience in selling, negotiating and closing assigned accounts/markets
- Planning, prioritisation and organisation – skilled in prioritising multiple projects/tasks, tracking and following through on activities
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, including negotiating price,
terms, conditions and profitability of a deal - Must be able to work as part of a well-established sales team
- Proven track record of working independently and delivering results
- Effective negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- IT/ PC literate
- Ideally hold a clean Driving Licence ( no more than 3 points)
