The closing date for new entrants to the MOD Childcare Voucher scheme was 28 Feb 2018. However, following a parliamentary debate on 13 March 2018, Damian Hinds, the Education Secretary, announced that the scheme will be kept open to new joiners for a further six months.

The amended closure date is now 5 October 2018. MOD aims to issue further information prior to this.

Current members of the MOD Childcare Voucher Scheme can remain in it and continue to use Childcare Vouchers for as long as the MOD, as the legal employer, offers the scheme.
