The Pathfinder Armed Forces & Veterans Resettlement Expo in association with Poppyscotland takes place at Hampden Park, Glasgow on Thursday March 14.

Entry is free for anyone connected to the military community, with the event starting at 0930 and finishing at 1330.

More exhibitors have been announced to the list, with more to come.

Some of the exhibitors so far to have signed up for the event include:

  • Army Reserves – providing advice for service leavers and veterans on joining the Reserves.
  • ASDA – advising service leavers and veterans on careers.
  • BAE Systems – advice on careers within their company.
  • Bullet Express – a major logistics provider, offering advice on how to join them.
  • Cairn Energy PLC – an independent oil and gas exploration and production company.
  • East Renfrewshire Council – Helping people into jobs, CV and interview support, training courses and more.
  • Erskine – Providing care for veterans in an array of roles, north of the border.

  • Fife College – They offer a full range of professional and industry related qualifications, as well as full-time and part-time courses across all subject area.

  • Horizon – Horizon is an internationally renowned and accredited security and medical company, they have a range of courses in this field on offer.
  • McGill’s – With close to 1000 employees, we operate over 400 buses across 110 routes which serve North Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, North Lanarkshire and Glasgow City.
  • NASC – National Access & Scaffolding Association offering advice and guidance on joining this industry.
  • Poppyscotland – Poppyscotland provides life-changing support to members of the Armed Forces community in Scotland.
  • Renfrewshire Council – At Renfrewshire Council, they have a range of opportunities for exceptional individuals with advice and support on the day.
