Barefoot Coaching has been providing University Accredited Coach Training and one to one, Executive and Group Coaching since 2001. We like to consider that we have been at the vanguard of the provision of coaching and coach training, having been one of the first UK providers of university accredited coach training programmes and we are the provider of choice for coaching by many large organisations. The reason for this is that our specialism is coaching and related services. We choose not to work in other areas of management development unless we feel there is a valuable link with our core expertise or knowledge. We believe it is this focus, in part, which has enabled us to build our reputation in the provision of coaching, group coaching and coach training: our owner and Director, Kim Morgan, was awarded the prestigious “Coach of the Year” award in 2012. Our Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching course is our flagship programme and over 1000 alumni have graduated from the programme to go on to work as self-employed coaches, in-house coaches or to incorporate coaching into their existing roles.
