The Global Air Training CRM Instructor course equips the student to deliver Crew Resource Management training programmes for the pilots and cabin crew of airlines and other aviation operators. The course is suitable for instructors who will be working in classroom, simulator and live training environments.
The course fulfils the CRM training requirements of JAR, FAA, CAA and major regulatory bodies worldwide. It is suitable for students wishing to obtain the UK CAA CRMI accreditation.
The 'Train the Trainer' course is 5 days in duration; it covers theoretical aspects of modern CRM training with relevant references to, and examination of human factor related aviation incidents and accidents. The course utilises video footage, CVR recordings and Investigation Board Reports. The course also includes elements of instructional techniques and assessment.
