Train to become a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with LDC's driving instructor training course and then start up your own LDC driving school (see website for details or request a free information pack). LDC have successfully trained Armed Forces personnel for over 35 years. Training is available in over 50 locations throughout England, Scotland and Wales or from our state-of-the-art training centre in Pontefract West Yorkshire. Although we have two course options for the ADI qualification Enhanced Learning Credits can only be used towards the purchase of the Standard course option. Upon qualification you do have the option to join LDC on a franchised basis.
LDC is also an accredited SFEDI and EDEXCEL centre and a preferred supplier to the CTP.
To become a driving instructor you need to have held your licence for at least 3 years, have no more than 5 points on your licence, to have not been banned in the last 4 years and will be required to undertake a DBS check and apply to go onto the ADI register with the DVSA.
