Mission Inc delivers accredited leadership coaching and mentoring training programmes, as well as offering one-to-one coaching and coaching supervision.
Our highly experienced team are all coach mentors themselves – meaning that they can draw on their own background and experiences when working with you.
We believe in developing your practical coaching and mentoring skills and our aim is that you leave the course as a competent coach or mentor, not just someone who can pass the academic requirements of the course. We achieve this by helping you to develop your coaching and mentoring skills through practical experience and continuous support and feedback.
In addition to the 'classroom' learning you will also work with a fellow delegate on the programme supported by your dedicated Coach-Mentor-Supervisor who will work with you on a one-to-once basis to ensure the learning is tailored to your needs.
