Newcastle University has a long history of working with HM Forces and was chosen as the first of the preferred Defence Technical Undergraduate Scheme partners as a result its world reputation of its teaching and research.

Across the University there are more than 450 undergraduate and postgraduate courses in 27 schools covering a full range of subjects.
Both in-service and former members of HM Forces can use their ELCAS credits to study for Foundation, Honours or Post-Graduate degrees in any subject.
