The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) provides expert resettlement services for service personnel leaving the armed forces. The CTP sees the Ministry of Defence working together with Reed in Partnership and the Forces Employment Charity to deliver high quality training and development courses covering a range of specialist subject areas, with a number of these courses fulfilling the ELCAS criteria.
