TWI Ltd provides training and examination services in a range of non-destructive testing (NDT) disciplines leading to CSWIP or PCN certification. We work with candidates from the aerospace, oil and gas, power, automotive, marine and general engineering industries.
The PCN scheme, an internationally recognised scheme for the certification competence of NDT personnel, is accredited as meeting the requirements of international standard ISO 9712. Our aerospace-specific certification meets the requirements of EN 4179.
The CSWIP scheme is an internationally recognised mark of competence for people engaged in jobs relating to welding and welding inspection in areas including manufacturing and construction, and those operating or repairing high-integrity welded structures, plant or components. The UK government's Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has accredited CSWIP for personnel certification in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024, through the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
