The University of Portsmouth has approximately 22,000 students, and consists of 5 faculties, Creative & Cultural Industries, Humanities & Social Science, Technology, Science and the Portsmouth Business School. Each faculty offers a wide variety in HE programmes most of which have a strong vocational focus. Courses can be studied either full-time, part-time, we also have a number of distance learning courses that can be studied online. We rate very highly within the National Student Survey league table, with a satisfaction rate of 89%.
As the University of Portsmouth is at the forefront of work-based learning, we are very familiar with students from the Armed Forces, taking into account of in-Service training, recognition of prior learning and current employment.
