Action learning based programme offered through coaching, Action Learning Sets and the unique Action Learning Question (ALQ) method.
Our faculty include experienced veterans from active service and crisis response internationally. We are committed to supporting the transition of veterans into commercial, public sector, third sector, start-up and scale-up organisations based on further career development interests and recognition of transferable competencies and leadership capability.

Applications are now being taken for entry to the next cohort commencing in February 2026.
It is also offered on an 'in-house basis' for cohorts where there is demand for bespoking to internal needs and contexts.
