The Award for Service Leaver Trainee of the Year
In assessing award nominations for Service Leaver Trainee of the Year the judges base their decision on the following criteria:
Identification of training requirements and adequate research of suitable available training opportunities prior to signing up to the training course.
Objectives of undertaking training.
Ability to overcome unforeseen challenges.
Improved position of the trainee following completion of the course.
The deadline for submitting an entry to be considered for an award is 5pm on Friday September 1st 2017.
