The Remembrance Penny To Launch On 75th Anniversary Of VE Day

A bronze memorial medallion featuring Britannia holding a wreath, a lion at her feet, the inscription "He Died For Freedom And Honour," and the number 53164 in a rectangular box—a poignant tribute to a Royal Navy veteran.

The Remembrance Penny, ‘Forged with Pride’: is an exquisite set to commemorate and honour our fallen servicemen and women and is already seeing support from the man who stole the nation’s hearts, Captain (Honorary Colonel) Tom Moore. The Remembrance Penny were immensely proud to present to the World War Two veteran a bespoke, personalised Remembrance Penny, Bronze Poppy and Bronze Seedpod, displayed in an illuminated cabinet in his home at the end of April.

The Remembrance Penny will launch on Friday 8th May to coincide with VE75 celebrations and currently, the collection, handcrafted and made in Britain, consists of The Remembrance Penny, The Bronze Memorial Seedpod and The Bronze Poppy, which holds the collection together by perfectly housing the penny and seedpod – a symbol of our national heritage.
