The Confederation of Service Charities has announced that the X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) Symposium will take place on 30 October 2025, hosted by NatWest at their Bishopsgate headquarters in London.
The event is regarded as a flagship gathering for Armed Forces enterprise support, bringing together government, industry, finance, and the military community to discuss how entrepreneurship transforms lives and strengthens society.
This year marks a special milestone as the Symposium celebrates ten years of XFE’s support for service leavers, veterans, military spouses, and partners through enterprise. Attendees can look forward to inspirational stories, practical panel discussions, and networking opportunities with entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.

For the first time, the symposium will also incorporate the Cadets in Enterprise Graduation, recognising young people who are developing their entrepreneurial skills and emerging as future leaders within the Armed Forces community.
The Confederation of Service Charities says the day will provide space to reflect on progress, share experiences, and create new opportunities for collaboration across the Armed Forces enterprise ecosystem.
