We’ve had an amazing year at Mangobean, with a number of shops now in full swing around the country! Our 9th store opened recently in Darlington as has our new stores in Bolton, Reading, Leatherhead and our second store in Reading (Reading Broad Street). We will be opening our Manchester, Southend and Gateshead stores in the next few weeks!
People are starting to fall in love with our awesome coffee and having a fun experience in our innovative and fun coffee shops. 2 COFFEE SHOP LICENSES FOR £9,000 (+VAT) FOR THE REST OF 2016!
For the rest of 2016, we are offering a fantastic offer for new partners joining Mangobean! For £9,000 (+VAT), we are offering 2 coffee shop licenses, meaning that a new partner can open a shop now and another in future. In addition to 2 store licenses, we are offering franchise partners the opportunity to operate a ‘Mangobean GO’ Food Cube or Spacestation.
These innovative units allow partners to access shopping centre complexes and smaller retail units. The added benefit of operating these units is that no capital outlay is required.
To ensure our partners have the best start, we will ensure their Mangobean Coffee Shop is fully stocked (excluding fresh food) prior to opening.

Royalties and marketing fees
Not only do we offer one of the most competitively priced franchise opportunities in the UK, we only charge a 5% royalties fee and 3% marketing fee to help build your business.
Typical costs and funding
We have listed some example costs below. These are for illustrative purposes only and are dependant upon the size and location of the store and the finance required:
- Site location, legal expenses, full design pack, surveyors and business plan: £22K
- Shop fitting: £75k-£125k
- Equipment: £45K (via our equipment partner)
- Franchise fee: £9K
A typical store costs between £150,000 – £200,000 depending upon shop fit and location. This is exclusive of VAT, however this will be paid back during the business’s first tax quarter.
We can assist in financing through banks, finance companies and third party lenders with up to 100% finance available to the right partners. We recommend you have between £35,000 to £50,000 in capital to start your Mangobean business. This will ensure that partners can comfortably run their business for the first 3 months.
With a typical return on investment of 22%, it’s a fantastic business to be involved in!
