Military March is an annual campaign which aims to raise awareness of tools and good practice for employers, while celebrating members of the Armed Forces community in the NHS…

This year’s Military March campaign has launched with a brand new evidence-based report on the benefits of employing members of the Armed Forces community.

The report covers research from both the NHS and the private sector, and showcases the range of benefits members of the Armed Forces community can bring to the NHS workforce.

Military March is based upon the following four key themes:

  • Business case
  • Supporting your Armed Forces workforce
  • The people
  • Public support

Each week will see the release of a series of resources relating to the key themes, including a live webinar on 14 March.
