Pathfinder is delighted to partner with CAPSLOCK, a cyber security retraining bootcamp where you can learn to become qualified cyber professionals in as little as four months, entirely online, and with no up-front costs.
The CAPSLOCK bootcamp is an intensive re-training course where you’ll receive;

- One-to-one professional coaching
- Mentoring from industry professionals
- Five professional industry certifications
- Access to the CAPSLOCK employer network
CAPSLOCK learners have been hired by Dyson, Next, the NHS, Allianz, and the MoD with two veterans (from non-technical backgrounds) landing high-paying cyber security roles before they even graduated from the course.
After the success of the initial cohorts, CAPSLOCK have opened applications for new cohorts starting in August.

Cyber is a Great Move for Veterans
Veterans hold many transferable skills that are ideally suited to cyber security, such as integrity, discipline, attention to detail, a great understanding of protecting vital assets, and how to cope in a high-pressure environment.
As a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant and with many staff and mentors from military backgrounds, CAPSLOCK wants to provide veterans with the perfect bridge from military service into Civvy Street by helping them to build upon their existing skills. Dale, one of our current learners (who has just been hired by Allianz), had this to say about his CAPSLOCK journey:
