Legion Scotland’s Annual Festival Of Remembrance

The Royal British Legion Scotland’s annual Festival of Remembrance is on Saturday November 3, in the Caird Hall, Dundee, and there’s a terrific musical line-up and of course the traditional ecumenical Act of Remembrance…

The Band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland head the musical programme, along with Regular and Reserve pipers and drummers, Royal Marine buglers, Legion Scotland Sweetheart Amy Hawthorn, and the traditional ecumenical Act of Remembrance.

As this year’s event marks the centenary of Armistice Day, demand for tickets may well be heavy.

Tickets are £10 from the City Box Office, 01382 434940 or www.dundeebox.co.uk, and cost £10; but if you buy between September 1 and October 1, you can get an ‘Early Bird’ ticket for £8, thus saving £2, and perhaps more importantly ensuring your seat.
