The Welsh, Scottish & English Veterans Awards ceremonies have been delayed once more due to the ongoing effects of the COVID19 pandemic.
The new awards dates are as follows:
Wales – Cardiff – July 7 – Sponsored by Sinclair Audi Bridgend
England – West Midlands – September 15 Sponsored by Hugh James
Scotland – Edinburgh – October 6 Sponsored by TMT Construction
In the UK, there are tens of thousands of former military personnel, who upon retirement from the armed forces have gone on to contribute immensely to their Country. The Veterans Awards looks to celebrate these true heroes we are a not-for-profit organisation that promotes the positives from our community.
The Main awards evenings will see the shortlisted finalists attend a Black-Tie Dinner and awards ceremony to celebrate their success, at each event we will hear from some of the best Military leaders currently serving within the Armed forces and the Regional Director from the ABF The Soldiers’ Charity who are our Charity partner for these awards.
Founder of the Veterans Awards Sean Molino BCA said “ The Aim of Our Veterans Awards is to inspire future service leavers that they can achieve great things when they do decide to leave the Armed Forces. It’s certainly been a tough time during the Lockdown for so many and we are really looking forward to celebrating all about the positives that are happening within our Veteran Community, I think that we can all agree we need positive night out now! All our shortlisted finalists should be extremely proud of their achievements! We are here to spread the positive messages and journeys from within our Veteran Community, serving reservists and those companies that support us!”
Pathfinder International editor, Mal Robinson added: “We are extremely proud of our links with the Veterans Awards and the good work they do in promoting the good work of others within the forces community. We continue to look forward to the award ceremonies and these new dates in question.”
