The app is designed to support all officers looking for their next executive level career role and to assist officers navigating their way through the transition process.

Offering an easy to navigate user experience, the employment app allows users to ‘filter’ and ‘favourite’ potential jobs targeted at officer, browse and share insightful blogs and latest news, and to manage their personal details in a safe and secure environment.

“This is the first employment app within the sector that is dedicated to serving the employment and networking needs of officers. We’re recognising the increasing trend for officers to interact digitally, so part of our role at the OA is to enable this for career transition and job opportunities’, commented Liz Stevens, Head of Employment Services at the OA.

Brian Parsanka, who developed the app, commented, “The OA Employment App offers a fully integrated mobile tool able to deliver all of our services – job vacancies, events, webinars, even booking a career consultation online – at the touch of a button. It’s designed to deliver a simple yet rich user experience to put officers in control of their career.”
