The Officers’ Association is still looking for employers to contribute to a best practice focus group (open to employers who already have policies in place to employ ex-serving personnel) to explore their attitudes and experiences of recruiting and managing Ex-Service Armed Forces Personnel, leaving the Forces at the age of 50 and older…

The group discussion will take place on the 25th of October at the Officers’ Association Headquarters, SW1W 9RB. The session will start at 09:30 am and last for approximately 1 hour, plus some time for a complimentary breakfast. Reasonable travel expenses can also be covered (please contact s.doneva@officersassociation.org.uk for more details).
