Train2Train is the UK’s leading provider of instructor training courses and is developing an enviable reputation worldwide. In addition to working with such well known clients as Marks and Spencer, MOTO and Gala also has strong links with the Ministry of Defence, providing training courses suitable for service personnel during and upon completion of their colour service

Train2Train has brought together a unique team of motivated experienced and professional trainers that deliver highly regarded and sought-after train-the-trainer courses. The team also possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge with regards to Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. A number of employees are ex-service personnel, who have served partial or full-colour service, and have experienced the resettlement process themselves.

“Resettlement can often be a daunting process” states John Morley, Operations Director at Train2Train and former WO2 in the Royal Signals. “Train2Train believes that this should be an enjoyable and stress free process for each service leaver when planning their future career.”

Train2Train has developed several training packages suitable for delivery to service personnel in conjunction with the Ministry of Defence. One of the courses proving to be very popular is the Compliance Training Instructor course. This has been developed to qualify people to deliver accredited First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Fire Safety and Manual Handling training.

The course has recently been further improved to qualify learners to deliver training in the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and risk assessment. Those successfully completing this course will be able to deliver 15 accredited qualifications. Individuals that enrol and successfully complete this course will also achieve the PTLLS teacher training award.

“This course is proving very popular as it provides delegates with a wide range of knowledge and skills that are directly transferable into countless new careers” states John Morley. “This gives ex-service personnel numerous options in terms of their future careers.”

Further Courses

Train2Train offers further instructor courses such as First Aid Instructor Assessor, Food Safety Instructor and Health and Safety Instructor. Additionally, Train2Train continues to develop other courses suited to those currently undergoing the resettlement process and recently became a NEBOSH registered centre. As a result of this they are now producing modular courses that encompass General, Fire and Environmental certificates.

Train2Train now also delivers a PAT Testing course. Completion of this allows learners to be able to not only test appliances, but also identify faults commonly found in the workplace. This course is conducted over a 1 day period and will take place at Greetham Valley Hotel, Oakham on Saturday 22nd September 2012.
