Carols At The Church Of The RAF

The interior of this historic church, echoing with carols, features an ornate ceiling, carved wooden pews, and vibrant stained glass windows. People gather reverently near the central altar, their voices harmonizing in timeless tradition.

Over 250 supporters joined the RAF Benevolent Fund for their annual carol concert at St Clement Danes, the Church of the Royal Air Force…

Guests were treated to performances by the RAF Salon Orchestra, RAF Air Cadets London Wing Choir and Military Wives Choirs as well as readings by RAF personnel and celebrity supporters Bruce Dickinson and Stanley Johnson.

Festive refreshments were served after the concert, giving guests the chance to take in the splendour of the church and catch up with friends old and new.

The concert raised funds to enable the RAF Benevolent Fund to reach more members of the RAF Family in need of support and was a fitting end to the RAF Benevolent Fund’s centenary year.

Thank you to everyone who supported the concert, in particular RAF Benevolent Fund sponsors MBDA and Mellissa John.
