Transition to Teach is fully funded by the Department for Education and works to guide and support career changers from a variety of backgrounds to enter the teaching profession.

Transition to Teach offers a bespoke package of support, including:
• Exploring teaching as a career option
• Support with finding and applying for Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
• Guiding you through your ITT
• Helping you find a job in teaching
• Helping you through your first year as a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
All services are free and are delivered by a team of education professionals who have worked across a broad sector of levels, subjects and specialisms within the sector.
Teaching is not easy but the rewards of doing it well are immense. You can play a key part in shaping a young person’s life, helping them to develop, grow and discover their passion.
